The OEMV GNSS engine utilizes NovAtel’s next generation ASIC and the latest multipath mitigation technology, Vision, to deliver precise positioning functionality in three different form factors to meet the popular integration needs of OEM customers. Two of the engines provide backwards compatible, drop in replacements for existing OEM4-G2/L products.

NovAtel’s OEMV-1/1g is a high performance single frequency GPS engine. Featuring Vision Correlator, API support and integrated OmniSTAR and CDGPS, the OEMV-1 also offers superior RT-20 positioning performance in a compact size with low power consumption.

NovAtel’s OEMV-2 is a backwards compatible, drop-in replacement for the OEM4-G2L. In addition to maintaining features from the OEM4 receivers, this dual frequency board features NovAtel’s new Vision Correlator, use of the L2C signal, GLONASS measurements and future support for full GLONASS positioning.

NovAtel’s OEMV-3 GNSS engine is a triple frequency board that includes L2C, GLONASS measurements and hardware support for the future L5 GPS frequency. It is a drop-in replacement for the OEM4-G2 with compatible commands and logs.
