Forsberg Services launches its new customer support platform
Forsberg Services is proud to announce the launch of its new customer support platform. The new helpdesk system will provide all our customers as well as interested GNSS and Inertial Navigation users with up to date information on our product portfolio. We also offer a new knowledge database where our customer support team publishes a wide range of articles and answers to the most frequently asked questions. Additionally we have introduced a new ticketing system, which allows users to submit specific questions, track the progress of the support request and access the answer provided.
